RS99 Terms and Conditions – Rules, Bonuses & Fair Use

1Introduction

Welcome to RS99. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and RS99 ("RS99", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the RS99 website at rs99.pw and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, slots, VIP programmes, bonuses, and payment processing.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the RS99 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

RS99 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page. Your continued use of the platform after a change is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use RS99, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. RS99 is strictly an adults-only platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately closed and all funds returned.
• You must be registering voluntarily for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an RS99 employee.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. False registration details are grounds for immediate account suspension.

RS99 operates a strict one account per player policy. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

3Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your RS99 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any other person, and logging out of shared devices after each session.

RS99 will never ask you to reveal your password through any channel — not by email, live chat, phone, or any other method. Any communication requesting your RS99 password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact RS99 support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, including temporarily suspending the account pending investigation. RS99 cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a player sharing their own credentials.

Account verification (KYC) may be required before processing withdrawals or as part of standard identity checks. You agree to provide requested documentation — such as a copy of your CNIC, a proof of address, or payment method verification — within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on RS99 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion on any transaction. RS99 currently supports the following payment methods:

• JazzCash — instant deposits and withdrawals to your registered JazzCash mobile wallet
• Easypaisa — full deposit and withdrawal support via your Easypaisa account
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank PKR transfers via Pakistan's Raast payment system
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers to and from Pakistani bank accounts
• Debit Cards — Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks
• Mobile Wallets — additional mobile wallet options as made available

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account VIP tier.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit wherever operationally possible. RS99 does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your RS99 account.

Standard withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfer and Raast withdrawals may take one to two business days. VIP members benefit from prioritised processing across all methods.

RS99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from its side. However, your payment provider — JazzCash, Easypaisa, your bank, or card issuer — may apply their own charges. RS99 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for third-party payment provider fees.

5Bonuses & Promotions

RS99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, plus these general bonus rules.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each bonus offer page before you opt in.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated on the bonus. Any unused bonus balance and associated pending winnings will be removed from your account when the time limit expires.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed on each bonus page.
• RS99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation, or a pattern of low-risk betting designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play risk.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all wagering requirements have been met in full.

RS99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any bonus or promotion at any time. If a promotion is withdrawn while you have already opted in and met the initial conditions, any bonus already credited to your account at that point will remain valid under its original terms.

6Sports Betting Rules

RS99 offers sports betting markets across cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals, football, esports, and more. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the RS99 platform.

• Bet acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by RS99. RS99 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including restricting the maximum stake on certain markets or for certain accounts.
• Void bets: A bet is voided if the event is cancelled, suspended without a result being determined, or if the market is settled in error. Voided bets are returned to your available balance at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted in real time. Any bet accepted after the relevant outcome has already been determined will be voided regardless of the odds at which it was accepted. RS99 uses automated systems to prevent late in-play acceptance but cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.
• Cricket and PSL markets: PSL and international cricket markets follow standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rulings for rain-affected matches. If a match is reduced in overs after bets are placed, DLS target adjustments apply and markets are re-calculated accordingly.
• Palpable errors: RS99 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly published in error — for example, due to a data feed malfunction or a decimal point error. Bets placed at a manifestly incorrect price will be settled at the correct price or voided at RS99's discretion.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. Limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement.

RS99's sports trading team monitors all markets for suspicious betting patterns. Accounts found to be involved in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of irregular betting activity will be permanently suspended and any winnings from such activity will be forfeited.

7Casino & Slots

RS99's casino section includes live dealer tables — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and more — as well as a library of over a thousand slot titles. All casino and slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer infrastructure from recognised game providers. Game results are determined entirely by the RNG or live dealer outcome and cannot be influenced by the player or RS99.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and provider. Theoretical RTP information is available within the individual game information screens accessible before you begin playing. RS99 does not modify the RTP of any game from the provider's standard published rate.

Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. If a casino or slot game disconnects mid-round due to a network or server error, the round will either be completed automatically using the last known game state or voided and your stake returned, depending on the specific game's technical capability. In all cases, RS99's support team can investigate and resolve any disputed game rounds upon request.

8VIP Programme

RS99's VIP programme rewards players based on their cumulative wagering activity across all sections of the platform — sports bets, casino games, and slots all contribute equally to VIP tier progression. VIP tiers, associated benefits, and the wagering thresholds required to reach each tier are described in detail on the VIP page.

VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable between accounts. RS99 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits, or the programme structure at any time with reasonable notice. Existing VIP benefits already applied to your account at the time of a change will not be retroactively removed within the current qualifying period.

RS99 may downgrade a player's VIP tier if the required activity level is not maintained over the applicable review period, as described in the VIP programme terms. Players will receive advance notification before any tier downgrade takes effect.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on RS99 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one RS99 account
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification
• Using another person's payment method, bank account, or mobile wallet to deposit or withdraw
• Any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to exploit bonus wagering requirements, or coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee bonus clearance with no genuine risk
• Match-fixing, collusion with other players, or placing bets on outcomes that have been manipulated
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with casino games
• Any activity that RS99 determines, at its sole reasonable discretion, to be fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players

RS99 monitors account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for any of the above will be reviewed by our compliance team. During a review, deposits and withdrawals may be temporarily suspended. If the review confirms prohibited conduct, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be withheld pending further investigation.

10Privacy & Data

RS99 collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

RS99 uses your personal data for account administration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer support, and to send you relevant communications about the platform. RS99 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors and identity verification services strictly as required to operate the platform.

11Responsible Gaming

RS99 takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is intended purely as entertainment for adults. If gaming stops being enjoyable, or if you feel that your gaming activity is having a negative impact on your finances, relationships, or daily life, please use the self-management tools available in your account dashboard.

Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits directly from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can wager over a set period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from RS99. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible without contacting support. RS99 recommends that every player sets a personal PKR budget before each session and treats all gaming activity as entertainment spending, not as a source of income.

12Liability

RS99 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. RS99 is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service disruptions outside of our control — including payment provider outages or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

RS99's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player and not yet withdrawn or wagered. RS99 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or loss of enjoyment.

Nothing in these Terms limits RS99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

13Changes to Terms

RS99 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account or through an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with the revised date shown at the top.

Your continued use of the RS99 platform after updated Terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
